Salumificio Duke

Born in the province of Trieste, Salumificio Duke has been bringing the best pure pork, chicken and classic sausages to all Italian tables since 1966.

The sausage company has interpreted the Austro-Hungarian culinary tradition and combined it with the customary Italian quality and care to provide a tasty and authentic product.

In 2014, the company was acquired by Jupiter and moved to Oricola in the province of L'Aquila. Today, Salumificio Duke offers its products in Italy and abroad.
